I applied via the Ubisoft website and was invited to an initial call with HR a month later, which was followed by a first interview with a team member. The interview took place in a very warm and relaxed atmosphere. Questions were not tricky just moderate ones.
Unfortunately, I did not make it to the second round of interviews, but overall the interviews and interviewers were good.
Due to the high number of applicants, the HR department seems to be a little slow in responding at times but you need to be patient.
